·         Proven experience in Sales and Collections within Asset Finance, Home Loans, Mortgages, or Business Loans (from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions).

·         Hands-on exposure to retail sales and on-ground customer engagement.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.

·         Sound financial understanding with the ability to assess and analyse customer profiles.
